The Bodenmaiser FC Bayern Fan Club celebrates its 25 year foundation jubilee

When the FC Bayern Fan Club celebrates its 25 birthday this weekend from 23 bis 25 July, it’ll be accompanied by a folklore-evening "A Musi im Dorf".
Then on 23.02.1985, the 22 founding members met at the Gasthaus Arberstüberl and established the FC Bayern Fan Club Bodenmais. The main aim of the club was and still is, to support the 1. FC Bayern München. But the club has also showed a great deal of social and community engagement in the past 25 years. The FC Bayern Fan Club is engaged in almost all events and arrangements that take place in town. Highlights of the clubs history were of course the visit of the former Bayern pros Helmut Winklhofer and Michael Ballack, who came to Bodenmais to join the club celebrations. In December 2009 the FC Bayern Fan Club Bodenmais entered the “Hall of Fan“as the 46 member of the Paulaner Brewery in the Allianz Arena. This is an award for all of those fan clubs who support their club as the 12 man. “Football is everything!“ is a quote from the frenetic Bodenmaiser football fan Marcello Di Prospero, born in Italy, who is has been skillfully heading the board since 2001. In the meantime, the 252 members will of course be passionately celebrating their clubs jubilee. All FC Bayern fan clubs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are invited to join in on the celebrations in Bodenmais from the 23 until 25 July on the festival grounds along the Bahnhofstraße.
A varied program is offered during the jubilee weekend for both young and old. Starting on Friday with a summer party. Topping the bill will be DJ.NoRRit, DJ.Blue Ice, DJ.m.-m.Projekt, who are renowed for their Top Sound in the regional DJ scene, from the Plattling Discopark to the legendery Rave on Mountain. The “Schmalzer“are appearing on Saturday 24 July, offering entertainment and fun. On 25 July something special awaits all visitors. The Bodemaiser culture evening “A Musi im Dorf“takes place in the FC Bayern Fanclub marquee on the festival grounds. At 18.00 the “Hofmarkmusikanten“, the duo “Schnurzengred“, the Oberrieder Plattler and Johannes Weinberger will guarantee great enterainment.
