www.bayerwald-bike.de illustrates our mountains and favorite tours in the ArberLand surrounding Bodenmais. Bodenmais is situated on the sunny side of the Grosse Arber, embedded between beautiful timber forests, a real dream district when it comes to tours and trails. Everyone’s sure to get their money’s worth here! Whether smooth winding forest tracks or steep challenging trails, bikers will find exactly what they need here.

And of course the king of the Bavarian Forest, the Grosse Arber is a must. The almost never ending downhill trails lead you back to your starting point. Bikers are accommodated in comfortable well situated lodgings with good home style Bavarian food. These are ideal conditions to embark on dreamlike tours with great mountain hill experience.

The weekends are suitable for all of those who like to do tours on trails and with a physical condition to accomplish approx. 1000-1500 total climb meters (tcm). The trails aren‘t too difficult and the main emphasis is focused on having fun on the weekends. However you should possess some riding skill and experience.

Get together at 13:00 on the day of arrival for a short warm-up tour to get acquainted, followed by a pleasant evening with good food. On the 2nd and 3rd day we’ll be meeting at 09:00 to start our daily tours.

The tours:
1. Warm-up tour Hennenkobel (approx. 25 km, 500 tcm)
2. Arber tour (approx. 35 km, 1400 tcm)
3. Sternknöckel-Harlachberg tour (approx., 40 km, 1300 tcm)

Dates: 23. – 25. September, 7. – 9. October

Your arrangement: Three guided tours, 2 overnight stays with half board in a guesthouse with family atmosphere, a photo CD. Price: 189 Euros
