Chris Böttcher starts an attack on our laughing muscles on 14 May in Bodenmais. As radio host, cabaret artist, impersonator and musician he’s been putting his talents to the challenge. He can be heard daily in various programs on the Bayern 3 radio station, where he’s showing a great deal of his musical ability.

With “Lothar & Franz“, “The unbelievable football task force“ or “Fränglisch with Lothar“ he’s got his audience creased up with laughter. His impersonation of the model casting shows end up with the party song “10 Meter geh´“ which even turned out to be a hit at the Oktoberfest 2009. In his own version of “Kampf gegen das Blöde“ (struggle against the dim-witted) he’s not afraid to do small sketches and impersonations ranging from members of the football prominence up to chancellor Angela Merkel, in fact everything that the German yellow press has to offer. And he always provides the appropriate song for the appropriate circumstances. Even Edmund Stoiber must be prepared for the worst with “Edmund Edmund“.

In the meantime, the „Comedy Hero“ is being used as a decoy for the ARD program “Verstehen Sie Spaß“ (Candid Camera). If you still don’t know who Chris Böttcher is, you’ve surely not got a radio! He’ll be appearing in the Bodenmais parish hall at 20.00 on the 14 May, getting the Bodenmaiser audience creased up with laughter, guaranteed!
