The Bavarian Forest is full of hidden talents. It’s particularly in the field of arts and culture that people with such talents are consistently just waiting to be discovered. The “Bodenmaiser Kleinkunst-Brettl” (The Bodenmais floor show) is a new forum for regional and local artists alike; for newcomers and mainstream. All different cultural backgrounds,- from cabaret artist to magician, from string quartet to jazz trio, from guitar virtuoso to house music will be performing during the winter half-year - normally that’s the first Saturday of the month – presenting their talents “on-stage” in various localities.
The jazz trio “Sven Ochsenbauer Trio” will be performing on the 6 February at the Adam-Bräu in Bodenmais for the “Bodenmaiser Kleinkunst-Brettl“

The “Sven Ochsenbauer Trio” consists of Sven Ochsenbauer (piano und composition), Toni Nachreiner (double bass) and Peter Luppert (percussion). Earthy grooves, along with swinging rhythms and the joy of playing are the trade mark of the trio. Their repertory mainly consists of compositions from pianist Sven Ochsenbauer, along with pieces from Kenny Barron, McCoy Tyner and Bronislau Kaper, and selected seldom play jazz standards. The performances of the renowned mainstream musicians are coined by a creative teamwork, leading to a sheer never ending melodious versatility.
