Optimistic outlook for Bodenmais tourism in the new year

The Bodenmais Tourismus and Marketing GmbH advances into the new tourism year with an optimistic outlook for Bodenmais. Many new projects such as the health center for example, which is currently casting a long shadow in advance, will continue to increase the dynamic of touristic development in town. “Even though the economical prognoses are not positive for 2012, Bodenmais is well prepared to meet the future challenge” according to managing director Andreas Lambeck.

In the preceding business year of 2011, Bodenmais recorded 860.000 overnight stays and stagnated at a high level. All in all however, a light increase of overnight stays was achieved of just under 1 %.
