rtv – Germany’s major TV-Guide, celebrates its 50 year anniversary in Bodenmais. On the 21st of June (Tuesday) a gigantic anniversary party takes place at JOSKA in the centre of Bodenmais, together with pop star Nicki (Wenn i mit dir tanz`), Sandra Weiß, who won the “Grand-Prix der Volksmusik” and the Bavarian hit vocalists Marina and Steffi Koller. Admission is free of charge and besides the pop stars at 18:00, there’s a great supporting program for all age groups.

rtv is Germany’s most widely circulated TV-Guide. It’s only enclosed in good daily newspapers. To celebrate the 50 year rtv-anniversary, a birthday party is taking place at the JOSKA glass paradise, along with pop star Nicki, Marina Koller and folk music star Sandra Weiß.
Nicki has been a member of the German pop scene for many years now. Numerous hits and awards have accompanied her career. The Bavarian pop star is now appearing for the second time in Bodenmais. Sandra Weiß has also been to Bodenmais and always loves to come back. The winner of the “Grand-Prix der Volksmusik” has already delighted her Bodenmaiser audience repeatedly with her songs. Marina und Steffi Koller have also made a name for themselves far beyond the borders of the Bavarian Forest.

Besides the stars, the party also has food huts that cater for good tasty food and beverages and Midnight shopping at JOSKA. Entertainment is also provided for the younger ones with the JOSKA-mascot, children’s face painting and “walking on stilts”. The JOSKA glass skills are also an interesting topic during the evening. Glass-blowers and engravers will be demonstrating their skills, and guests can even make their own anniversary-heart.


The rtv-anniversary party commences on Tuesday the 21st June at 18:00 on the grounds of the JOSKA Glassmakers in the centre of town. Bad weather conditions could lead to program amendments. Admission is free of charge!
