Infusions from eucalyptus to honey
Those seeking peace and quiet will find it in the diverse sauna area. The Silberberg indoor pool has two sauna areas: a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and tepidarium in the indoor pool, and a kelo sauna in the park. Both areas are connected, ensuring that even discerning sauna-goers get their money's worth. The Silberberg-Bad in Bodenmais offers a wide range of sauna infusions, from spruce and herbal to honey and eucalyptus.
Infusions
Feel-good fragrances enhance the sauna and steam bath effect and promote health and well-being. We use only pure essential oils and nature-identical fragrances. The essential oils are 100% natural and comply with the applicable ISO standards.
Our infusions: classic & soothing - fruity & exotic - creative & invigorating:
Finnish sauna: Mandarin, India, Orange Mint, Lemon, Fragrance of your choice, Blood Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Cool Lemon, Ginger Lime, Blackcurrant
Kelosauna: Spruce, Mint, Lavender, Douglas Fir, Rosemary, Hay Meadow, Eucalyptus, Tuscany, Fresh Herbs Swiss Stone Pine alternating
Occasional exfoliation: Japanese sauna salt with Swiss stone pine or eucalyptus fragrance. Sugar and honey exfoliation.
Block sauna
Visiting our Finnish sauna has a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system and general well-being, and strengthens the immune system, making it particularly effective in warding off colds. The temperature of the Finnish sauna is around 85°C.
Kelosauna
Our Kelosauna is constructed from valuable Kelopine wood. This wood exudes the resinous, spicy scent of centuries-old polar pines. The temperature of the sauna is around 100°C and is characterized by a dry atmosphere.
Two steam baths
Steam baths are used specifically to prevent illness and stimulate the metabolism. They gently purify the body and cleanse the skin. Water vapor heated to around 45 degrees moisturizes the skin and respiratory tract, providing a feeling of relief. Steam baths have extremely high humidity levels.
Tepidarium
The room temperature in our tepidarium is around 50°C, and the
room climate is dry. The immune system is strengthened without putting strain on the circulation. The tepidarium also has a preventive and healing effect on visitors.

Ladies' sauna
Every Thursday is ladies' sauna day. Every lady receives a free glass of Prosecco or orange juice.
Sauna evening with little extras
On Tuesdays, enjoy our sauna area with little extras.
Family sauna
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with specially tailored infusions for children. This turns the afternoon into a bathing and sauna experience for the whole family—and of course, it is also open to individuals.
Silberberg-Bad – the name was chosen deliberately. The expansive windows in the indoor pool and sauna area offer a perfect view of Bodenmais' local mountain – sometimes summer green, sometimes autumn colors, or winter white. At Silberberg-Bad, body and soul find peace and quiet in every season. Nestled in the picturesque spa gardens, the new panoramic indoor pool is located right next to the newly renovated outdoor pool. Its large sports pool (25m) offers plenty of space for water lovers of all ages to romp around. And for the little ones, there is of course an extra fun area. Two full-body massage jets ensure complete well-being in the pool and loosen up tired muscles. The Silberberg Panorama Bistro spoils you with small snacks, coffee, and cake.

The indoor pool will be open from February 14 to February 20 from 12:00 noon.
The indoor pool will be closed all day on February 17.
Due to swimming lessons, our swimming pool will close at 6:30 p.m. on some days. This applies to the dates February 2, February 9, February 23, March 2, March 9, March 16, March 23, April 13, April 20, April 27, and May 4.
You can use the sauna as usual on these days, as its opening hours are not affected.

Welcome to Silberberg Outdoor Pool!
Experience unforgettable summer days at the family-friendly Silberberg outdoor pool in Bodenmais. Whether you're into competitive swimming, relaxed splashing around or boisterous water fun – there's something for everyone here!
Swim laps in the 25-metre swimming pool – separated from the leisure pool by a modern glass wall. In the leisure pool, you can let off steam in the gently sloping beach area.
A real highlight is the Silberberg play island, which towers over the middle of the pool in the shape of the local mountain. The water depth here is between 0 and 1.50 metres – at pleasant temperatures of 24° to 30°C.
There is a separate paddling pool for little water lovers, and for those who love action: a wide wave slide and lots of fun water toys.
Relax on the large lawn or sun terrace – perfect for sunbathing and unwinding. And if you get hungry or thirsty, the kiosk provides refreshing drinks, ice cream and hot snacks.
You won't get bored on land either:
