Roadworks on the St 2132 between Arnbruck and Drachselsried
From 12 May, construction work will be taking place on the St 2132 between Arnbruck and Drachselsried: The carriageway will be renewed on the approximately 5.5 km long section. For reasons of work and road safety, the road will be closed to through traffic for an estimated 4 weeks. At weekends, Arnbruck will be accessible to local residents from both sides.
The carriageway will be renewed on this section from 12/05/2025 until probably 06/06/2025. The damaged carriageway surface will be milled off and replaced with a new base and surface course. The verges will also be reinforced and the crash barriers renewed. The costs for the measure amount to around 1.2 million euros.
During the work, the section of road will be completely closed to through traffic. The diversion runs from Drachselsried via the St 2636 to Geiersthal and then via the REG19 to Ayrhof. From Ayrhof, take the B 85 to Viechtach and from there continue via the St 2139 or St 2326 to Arnbruck. The diversion is the same in the opposite direction.
Arnbruck will remain accessible to local residents from the south (Bodenmais/Drachselsried) for the first two weeks and from the north (Bad Kötzting) for the last two weeks. The work will be planned and carried out by the contractor in such a way that Arnbruck will be accessible to residents from both sides at the weekend.
