Unser Haus, ruhig gelegen am Waldrand mit Blick über Bodenmais, ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Wintersportler, Biker aller Arten, Wanderungen, Ausflüge und Radtouren quer durch die Wiesen und Wälder des faszinierenden Bayerischen Waldes.
Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind der richtige Platz für einen Urlaub zu Zweit, mit der Familie oder mit Freunden.
Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon bzw. Terrasse mit Blick über Bodenmais. Selbstverständlich befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diverse Restaurants, Lokale, Cafés und wichtige Kureinrichtungen können Sie bequem zu Fuß erreichen, innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten.
Kinder und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen - unser Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.
Bodenmais am Großen Arber ist der beliebteste Urlaubsort im Bayerischen Wald.

Anfahrt mit dem Auto:
Auf der Autobahn A92 fahren Sie bis Deggendorf.
Ab der Autobahnausfahrt Deggenddorf sind es nur noch ca. 30 Minuten über die B11 nach Bodenmais.
Mit der Bahn nach Bodenmais:
Reisen Sie entspannt mit dem IC/EC direkt in den Bayerischen Wald.
Gerne holen wir Sie vom Bahnhof Bodenmais ab.
Bei Abschluss eines Vertrages ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30% des Gesamtpreises zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist fällig 21 Tage vor Anreise, ohne weitere Anforderungen.
Zusätzlich ist pro Tag und Person ein Kurbeitrag zu entrichten, z.Zt. in Höhe von 2,50 € (Erwachsene) pro Nacht, 1,30 € (Kinder) pro Nacht. Kinder bis 6 Jahre sind kurbeitragsfrei.
Dieser Betrag wird vom Vermieter an die Gemeinde weitergeleitet. (Stand Dezember 2015)
