European elections on June 09, 2024
Dear citizens of the European Union,
From June 6 to 9, 2024, the Tenth Direct Election of the European Parliament will take place in the European Union, in Germany on Sunday, June 9, 2024.
EU citizens from other member states who live in Germany can
can vote in the European elections either in their Member State of origin or in their Member State of residence, Germany. However, each person may only vote once.
To vote in Germany, you must be entered in the electoral register of your German municipality of residence. You will then automatically receive your polling card for future European elections here.
To register on the electoral roll, you must go to the town hall of your place of residence
by May 19, 2024 (Sunday) at the latest
to apply for entry in the electoral roll.
You can also send the application to the municipality by post.
