Ride your (e)mountain bike through beautiful forests and climb fantastic peaks on foot

Combine (e)-mountain biking with hiking! The so-called "Bike & Hike" is in - and Bodenmais offers the best conditions for this. On our three varied "Bike & Hike" tours, you cycle through the beautiful Bavarian Forest, climb peaks with fantastic views and stop off at a rustic mountain hut or a cozy inn for a well-earned rest. There are bike racks at the "Bike to Hike" junctions so that you can park and lock up your (e)-bike properly.

GUIDED BIKE TOURS

E-Bike Tour with guide Helmut

The tour leads through the beautiful mixed mountain forest of the Bavarian Forest and is also suitable for beginners. "You ride on easy forest paths, forest roads and also tar," says bike expert Helmut. The destination is usually the Schareben mountain hut, idyllically situated in the middle of a small forest clearing, where a lovely lunch stop awaits the participants. The hut team treats its guests to sweet Kaiserschmarrn pancakes, cheese spaetzle, meat loaf with fried egg, potato and cucumber salad, cheese dumplings on tomato vegetables or hearty Bavarian snacks. However, other tours and destinations are also possible: "I am happy to adapt to the wishes and sporting abilities of the participants," explains Helmut.
